Urban Ecology Center, non profit organization. 

The mission was to create a fun charachter using a game of words for a fundraising campaign. The «awesome possum» was presented on posters, social media and stickers into an strategic plan that connected with the public in a fun way.

These illustrations were created to commuicate events and information for the public at the three branches of the Urban Ecology Center. 

Some of them were used on the newsletter, and some of them were used as event images.

This booklet was the beginning of a serie of a complete collection for the Urban Ecology Center. The challenge was to create a tool that kinder garden children could use as a part of their environmental education.

Following the guidelines and after one year having positive results with this material, the other booklets were designed by a team of my students at the Universidad Riviera. They  could have a real design experience as a part of their internship. 

We maintained good communication with the environmental educators of the UEC through all the project development.

The Urban Ecology Center is currently using this booklets as a tool of their environmental educators.

Poshe, a brand for children was created as a way to encourage the children creativity.

As a tool for teaching Spanish to children in a Connecticut School, this book was created to explain the origin of the days of the week’s names.
